Maintenance Technician

Kellogg, ID Kellogg, ID Full-time Full-time $15 - $18 an hour $15 - $18 an hour Zapple Property Management is seeking a Maintenance/Handyman Technician for full time.
Requires valid DriversLicense, reliable, and insured motorized vehicle.
Zapple is willing to train but seeking applicants with the following skills:
light electrical, light plumbing, painting, drywall repair, cleaning, yard work and other general building and grounds maintenance.
Technician will travel to various properties throughout the day.
Must be dependable and reliable, able to take direction and work independently to complete tasks in a timely and thorough manner.
Must be able to provide good customer service to clients, work well with co-workers and management, represent the company in a positive manner, present a professional appearance.
Requires ability to routinely lift up to 75 lbs.
Basic computer/phone app skills.
Will work Monday through Friday (4-10's during Summer months), day shift, up to 40 hours per week, depending on work load and skill set.
